Krider World’s Fair Garden Brochure

The Brief

Create a new brochure for the Krider World's Fair Garden. Include a map, history, and QR codes to more information and the walking tour.

The Project

I was given a external hard drive full of historical photos, written history, and past brochures. I began by illustrating the most iconic landmarks of the garden for the cover – three were were in the World's Fair Garden display. The rose is replicated from a Krider Garden Nurseries advertisement for their thornless rose featured in the inside spread. Because there are so many visual landmarks throughout the garden, I based the map around those illustrated elements. Once printed, the brochure became available at the garden as well as various businesses around town.
